He is seven but he has been a heavy smoker for the past four years.

Dihan Awalidan is seven and he has been smoking heavily since he was three years old.

It is a normal thing for children of his age to be smoking nicotine in his village in West Java, Indonesia.

All his friends are also cigarette addicts  and they light up cigarettes up to 16 times a day. His friends are also between the age of 7 and 11.

Dihan dad, 36 ,said he often uses his pocket money to buy cigarette and sometimes steals money. 

His mum, 32 said he cries if he doesn't smoke and that he does not smoke in the open as he used to do.

About 60 million of the population in Indonesia smoke and two third of the male are addicted.
