The Duchess of Cambridge revealed to many that Prince George went looking for his father in the cupboards after George was told that he was 'in China'.
Kate made the revelation during a party to celebration of the 105th birthday of the Goring Hotel in London, where she had stayed at in the night before the wedding of herself and William in 2011.
At the party in March, the Duchess, 33, chatted to guests including luxury travel agent Claudia Gordon.
Gordon, who owns Naples Luxury Travel Advisors in Naples, told news-press.com: 'I asked her if Prince George was excited about the new baby that was coming and she said yes and that he is a toddler and is up and running and talking.
'Then she told me that his daddy was visiting China. After he heard this, he made his way to the china cabinet, he opened it and he proclaimed "daddy is not here."
'She said they would work on his geography.'
