It was another slip of the nipple for Miley Cyrus, but this appeared to be no accident.
The 22-year-old Bangerz star caused a stir while attending the Adult Swim Upfront Party at Terminal 5 in New York City on Wednesday.
Miley threw caution to the wind - and apparently her top too - as she posed on the carpet wearing just pink pasties and a pair of suspenders.
She only covered her nipple with butterfly pasties.
