President Goodluck Jonathan calls to congratulate Muhammadu Buhari.

According to TVC news, President Goodluck Jonathan was said to have called Buhari on the phone to congratulate him for his victory in the last presidential election.
Even though it has not be announced by the INEC, but it was said that president Jonathan has accepted defeat by Buhari.
